Most small and mid-sized businesses don't need a full-time systems person. They need someone senior who shows up on a fixed schedule, knows the business, and keeps the systems honest — configured properly, actually used by the team, and getting better over time. Not a consultant who visits, writes a report, and leaves: a standing seat at your table, doing the work.

How it works

A rhythm your team can count on

You get your designated days — every week, or every other week if that's a better fit to start. We set them together at kickoff, so your team always knows when we're in. If something important lands on either calendar, we adjust — but the default is a fixed rhythm, not a floating one.

Working time, not meeting time

System administration and configuration. Training your team on the tools you already pay for. Mapping workflows, liaising with vendors, assessing where AI genuinely helps — and where it doesn't. You set the priorities; we keep a standing backlog so the day is never idle.

Builds are part of the deal

Most fractional arrangements stop at advice. This one doesn't. When the work surfaces something worth building — a tool, an automation, an integration — we build it, inside the engagement. If a build outgrows your tier, we talk about it before it starts — a tier change, or a scoped project alongside the fractional time.

Want a standing seat at your table?

Every week or every other week, with a clear way in and a clear way out. Ask for the one-page brochure with the full details — or if you're weighing it against a project, see how we work and book a call.
